Stir-fried Sand Clam with Leek

Wash and cut the leeks.
2.
Wash the sand clam meat in boiling water and dry.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, sauté the ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant, stir fry the clams in the sand.
4.
Stir fry the leeks.
5.
The chives can be seasoned when they are cooked.
