Sand Clams and Bitter Gourd Soup

Ingredients needed: ribs, angelica, sand clams, bitter gourd

Wash the ribs, add angelica, water, cover the pot and press for 20 minutes

Tips:
Sand clams are a relatively cold food material, and people with diarrhea and gastrointestinal problems eat less. The use of angelica with ingredients can reduce coldness and remove fishy effects.
Shallots can be added to make it more delicious (someone is picky at home, so I didn’t add it)
Pork ribs can also be replaced with lean meat, the soup cooking time is shortened, and it is delicious without losing points
