Sand Clams and Bitter Gourd Soup

1. Ingredients needed: ribs, angelica, sand clams, bitter gourd

2. Wash the ribs, add angelica, water, cover the pot and press for 20 minutes

3. Divide the bitter gourd into four parts and remove the core

4. Divide the bitter gourd into four equal parts and remove the core

5. Bitter gourd slices into thin slices

6. Wash the sand clams repeatedly until the washing water is clear.

7. Add sand clams to the pressed ribs soup

8. When the clam shells are open, add bitter gourd slices, salt, chicken essence, and pepper to taste and boil.

9. Serve with soup

10. Milky white clam soup. Good soup for summer!

Tips:

Sand clams are a relatively cold food material, and people with diarrhea and gastrointestinal problems eat less. The use of angelica with ingredients can reduce coldness and remove fishy effects.



Shallots can be added to make it more delicious (someone is picky at home, so I didn’t add it)



Pork ribs can also be replaced with lean meat, the soup cooking time is shortened, and it is delicious without losing points



Sand clams and bitter gourd can also be stewed, which is more hydrating, relieves heat and reduces irritability
