Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables with Tomato Sauce

Wash raw materials and control water

Cut mushrooms into slices, tomatoes into small pieces, snow peas into small pieces, garlic slices, set aside

Heat the pot, pour in vegetable oil, sauté the garlic slices when the oil is hot, add tomatoes and stir fry.

Stir fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten, add other vegetables and stir fry

Stir-fry until evenly and the vegetables are ripe.
