Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Celery and Red Pepper

The ingredients are as shown above.

Shred the lean meat.

Put a little cooking wine, dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of starch, marinate for 8 minutes.

Peel the garlic, wash and slice.

Remove the seeds and shred the red pepper.

Remove the yellow leaves and older leaves of celery, then wash and cut into sections. I like to keep the leaves and fry them together.

Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the hot pot.

Add the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes.

Add garlic slices.

Stir fry for 10 seconds.

Pour the celery.

Stir fry for a minute.

Add the shredded red pepper and stir fry for one minute.

Add a little salt and stir fry.
15.
Stir-fry for half a minute.
16.
Take out the pan and serve.
