Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes with Ham

Shred potatoes, rinse and soak to dry, mince green onion and garlic, shred ginger, slice sausage, remove seeds of dried red pepper and set aside.

Heat a pan with cold oil and saute the chives, ginger, garlic, and chili.

Add sausage slices and stir fry.

Add thirteen incense and stir well.

Add potato shreds and stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry the potato shreds until soft.

Tips:
You can put the sausage first and then the green onion, ginger and garlic.
