Stir-fried Small Conch

1. Soak the conch with a little salt and oil for a while, and wash it repeatedly to remove dirt.

2. Prepare sweet noodle sauce and Huadiao wine (or cooking wine, rice wine)

3. Prepare green onions and ginger.

4. Add a little oil, green onion, ginger, dried chili and star anise to the pot.

5. Stir fry with conch. Stir fry throughout the whole process, don't take too long.
