Stir-fried Small Snails

1. Prepare the small snails.

2. Wash and cut dried vegetables, hot peppers, ginger and garlic.

3. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a wok for later use.

4. Boil until the water boils.

5. Add small snails for blanching.

6. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

7. After the soup is boiled again, drain the small snails out of the pot and set aside.
