Stir-fried White Jade Crab

Ingredients: White Jade Crab (cleaned).

Garlic slices, ginger slices, green onions, dried chilies (cut into pieces).

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add ginger slices, garlic slices and dried chili to the saucepan.

Next, add the cleaned white jade crab and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.
