Stir-fried Wuta Vegetables
1.
Wash the Wutacai, or break it down one by one. The dishes used this time are a bit small and tender, so I washed them whole.
2.
Put a little oil in the pot (I used lard, you can use other vegetable oil instead)
3.
The oil is about 30% hot, put in the drained Wutacai, be sure to drain the water
4.
Sprinkle salt and stir-fry on high heat. Depending on the age and tenderness of the vegetables, you can basically turn them with a shovel for a few times. The vegetables are crispy and delicious.
Tips:
1. Remember to drain the water when stir-fried vegetarian dishes, otherwise, add more salt to the water, and finally it will become a boiled dish;
2. I always like simple and original cooking, and use less seasonings. If you are not used to light pros, you can still add some soy sauce chicken noodles.
