Strawberry Chocolate Lollipop

Try to choose small round strawberries and rinse them well;

Remove the stalk, put it on kitchen paper, soak up the water on the surface, and insert the cleaned bamboo stick into the strawberry;

Dark chocolate and white chocolate are ready, the amount is uncertain, it depends on the method and preference of the sauce; the sugar for decoration is ready, if not, see the decoration suggestions below;

Put the dark chocolate in a small bowl and melt it through hot water. The water temperature should not be too high. Put it in your hands and it will feel not hot but very hot. If you have a thermometer, it is about 50 degrees. White chocolate is used less, so Put it in a piping bag and tie it tightly and melt it in water. Don't fry the bag first;
