Strawberry Jam
1.
Rinse the fresh strawberries (don't remove the leaves) with tap water, and then soak them in light salt water for 5 minutes.
2.
Use a blender to puree it, or crush it with your hands, so that it will have a pulpy feel when you eat it.
3.
Pour into a non-stick pan.
4.
Start simmering over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Picture) Some juice came out.
5.
Turn down the fire. The whole process must be kept stirring, not to be lazy. Otherwise, the bottom of the pot will get stuck when it is boiled.
6.
Boil it~ When it's a bit sticky, you can add white sugar in this step. Because I added honey, I will continue to cook it.
7.
(Picture) Turn off the heat when it is very viscous. Set it aside, add an appropriate amount of honey and stir evenly when it is warm.
8.
The homemade jam does not add any additives, it is nutritious and healthy!
