Strawberry Jam

Buy fresh strawberries, wash and cut them.

After draining the water, put it in a pot, add rock sugar, and cook on a low fire. Stir constantly during the process, especially at the beginning. Don’t make the fire too big, because sugar can easily stick to the pot. Don't get oily during the whole process.

Put it in a clean, water-free, and oil-free jar, cover it and seal it when it cools, and put it in the refrigerator. It can be stored for a long time! I usually add it to yogurt and it tastes very good.
