Strawberry Jam

Wash fresh strawberries and soak them in salt water for ten minutes.

Prepare the right amount of maltose, the sweetness of maltose will not be very sweet, friends who love sweets can add some rock sugar as appropriate.

Remove the stalks and cut the strawberries in half, put a proper amount of water in the pot, add sugar, bring to a boil on high heat, and then slowly simmer on a low heat.
