Strawberry Jam

500G strawberry + 200G sugar is put into a clean saucepan and boiled directly, without adding water or other materials, the strawberry will produce juice when it is heated slowly

After more than 3 minutes, the water evaporates seven or eight, and a sticky jam has appeared, just use a spoon to mix it in a state that is not easy to drip. (You can observe the state several times on the way, but you don’t need to keep stirring)

After cooling, put in a clean sealable container. Because it contains sugar and less water, it can be refrigerated for one month
