Homemade strawberry jam is an ordinary cooking work. It was released as a recipe because of its production method-use a low-power saucepan to boil, add the strawberries to the saucepan and simmer for a few minutes (depending on the quantity). I use an ordinary ceramic saucepan, a non-stick pot. There is no need to stand in front of the pot and stir it all the time. It saves trouble and electricity. It's too suitable for a little cook like me. The ingredients used are only strawberries and sugar, without any other auxiliary materials. The finished product is rich in pectin, but the volume is reduced to half of the original volume. This is the essence. This method came up with a sudden inspiration while eating strawberries.
