Strawberry Mousse

The sponge cake body is pressed out according to the mousse mold. The mousse mold is wrapped in tin foil. Sponge cake, the recipe is in the previous recipe.

Homemade strawberry jam, there are many drops of strawberry fruit~~The taste is very strong~~If you use fresh strawberries, remember to add sugar! Because the jam I use is very sweet, sugar is not used.

Put a small amount of water in the fish film, soak it softly and set aside

Milk, heat to 45 degrees. Put the soft soaked fish film in. The fish film will slowly melt. cool down

The cream has been beaten to 60%, and my beat seems a bit hard.

Add the cooled milk and mix well! Add strawberry jam and mix well!

Pour it into the mousse mold with the sponge cake bottom! Keep in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours~~

For surface decoration, I use fondant petal drops~~~
