Strawberry Yogurt
1.
Plain thick yogurt, 5~7 cm diameter spoon, three spoons of yogurt (for the recipe of plain thick yogurt, please see my recipe.)

10ml whole milk, with a small spoon.

5 grams of baking spoon, one spoon of strawberry jam.

Stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. The ratio of the raw material formula is based on the sweetness and sourness of the original thick yogurt made by me.
2. The original thick yogurt I made has the sweetness and sourness that can be eaten directly, so I add jam to taste. To avoid the sweetness of the taste, add pure milk to reduce the sweetness.
3. Add full-fat pure milk, not only to ensure the milk flavor and the appropriate sweetness, but also to make the sweet and sour taste softer, not obtrusive, and the taste will not be too thick.
4. If the original thick yogurt is slightly sweet, the amount of pure milk can be reduced or not used.
5. The jam can be changed to other flavors of fresh jam, and the jam can be purchased online or homemade.
