The yogurt mousse is super smooth and suitable for summer. The yogurt made by yourself is thicker and healthier. The strawberry is sweet and sour. Adding some cream to decorate is also a beautiful birthday cake.

Strawberry Yogurt Mousse

1. Crush the digestive cake, add melted butter and mix well.

2. Pour the biscuits into a 6-inch mold and compact them, and keep them in the refrigerator.

3. Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water in advance to soften them.

4. Heat over water to melt.

5. Pour the gelatin liquid into the yogurt and mix well.

6. Whipped cream and sugar beaten until it can flow

7. Pour the yogurt liquid into the cream and mix well to form a mousse liquid.

8. Pour the mousse into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

Tips:

The yogurt needs to be warmed up, otherwise the gelatine tablets will solidify when mixed in.
