Strawberry Yogurt Mousse

Crush the digestive cake, add melted butter and mix well.

Pour the biscuits into a 6-inch mold and compact them, and keep them in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water in advance to soften them.

Heat over water to melt.

Pour the gelatin liquid into the yogurt and mix well.

Tips:
The yogurt needs to be warmed up, otherwise the gelatine tablets will solidify when mixed in.
