Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms

Remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms, fly the water to cool, and squeeze the water.

Squeeze the dried shiitake mushrooms and sprinkle a little dried cornstarch.

Stuff the minced meat into the mushrooms. After the water in the steamer boils, steam it for 15 minutes.
