Grilled Fish with Mushrooms

Fish chopped pieces are washed, added to an appropriate amount of beer and salted for preparation.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot and cook until 60% of the hot fish pieces. Fry the fish on a high fire and then a medium to small fire.

Deep fry until golden and control the oil.

Wash the pot and heat, stir fragrant with ginger and green onion, stir-fry mushrooms and a little chili powder, stir-fry the mushrooms until soft, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and boil in water.

After the shiitake mushrooms are cooked, adjust the flavour, add the fish pieces and cook slightly, sprinkle with pepper, thicken, and drizzle with sesame oil.

Take out the pan and serve.
