Stir-fried Double Mushrooms with Lean Pork

Cut apricot abalone into large pieces.

Wash and cut shiitake mushrooms.

The pork is cut into thin pieces and marinated in the old way for preparation.

Fry the Pleurotus eryngii in the pan until the two sides are slightly yellow and soft.

Wash the pot and heat, add oil, stir-fry the green onions, and stir-fry the pork.

Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots and continue to stir-fry until the meat and shiitake mushrooms are seven or eight mature, then add pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry slightly.

Put the scallion leaves in, drizzle with a little oil, and put in a pan.
