1. Wash a dumb cucumber.
2. Dice.
3. Put peanuts in cold oil and fry on low heat until they crackle and change color. Turn off the heat.
4. Remove and cool.
5. Add the diced cucumber to all the spices and mix well.
6. Mix well with the fried peanuts and serve on a plate.
