Sui Sui Ping (new Year's Creative Dessert)
1.
First make a chocolate bowl: prepare a small bowl, a piece of oily paper larger than the bowl.
2.
Put oil paper into the bowl.
3.
Subtract the extra corners.
4.
Use a little scotch tape to glue the oily paper and the mouth of the bowl together and fix it.
5.
Pack the chocolate in a piping bag. (Don't cut the mouth yet)
6.
Melt in hot water.
7.
After it has melted, cut a small bite. (Don’t cut it too big!)
8.
Pour the chocolate into the bowl in a circular motion from above.
9.
After drenching, the surface will be smooth after standing for a while.
10.
After cooling and setting, carefully and slowly peel off the oil paper from top to bottom, and the small chocolate bowl is ready.
11.
Prepare fruits. (Choose as you like)
12.
Cut into small pieces of the same size, or small pieces, as you like.
13.
Put it in a small chocolate bowl. (Now that the temperature is low, the chocolate won't melt when it meets the fruit, don't worry about DIY!)
14.
Use scissors to cut a small cut on the side. (Ask for peace and good fortune!)
15.
The finished picture can be topped with salad or jam as you like.
