Tips:
1. It should also be noted that the vegetable juice must be squeezed and drunk immediately, otherwise the apple juice that everyone knows will be oxidized and discolored after a while, and the nutrients will be slowly lost with the prolonged storage time.
2. The green vegetables are not hot. Sometimes I use raw vegetables to squeeze the juice directly, but the green leafy vegetables contain oxalic acid to some extent, so they are dissolved in hot water, so the oxalic acid can be removed by boiling it. Oh, it may be a psychological effect.
