1. Put 5 small bowls of purified water in a clean pot and boil.

2. Add 1 small bowl of mung bean starch to 1 small bowl of purified water and stir well.

4. Pour the cooked liquid into a clean box and place it in a basin of cold water to cool and shape.

5. Prepare the seasoning, stir-fry the cashew nuts and roll them into small pieces, cut the garlic head into minced garlic, and chop the coriander into minced froth.

6. Add 3 tablespoons of Weijixian soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a small bowl and mix well to form a sauce.

7. After about two hours, take out the shaped jelly and cut it into thin slices and place it on the plate.
