Sun Fruit Steamed Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup

Tremella, Gorgon and lotus seeds are all soaked with water, I soaked it all night in advance

Cut off the stalks of the white fungus, and tear it into small flowers. Add enough water to the pot, boil it with the white fungus, then pour it into an electric stew pot and simmer for 1 hour (you don’t need an electric stew pot to cook it directly on the stove). Don’t have to be so troublesome)

After simmering for 30 minutes, add lotus seeds and gorgon, continue to simmer for 30 minutes

Use a carving knife to cut out a small part of the sun fruit to cover it, and clean the melon sac.

One hour later, add the right amount of rock sugar and wolfberry. If you don’t need to steam the pumpkin, just simmer it for ten minutes

Tips:
Tremella will be easier to simmer after being fully soaked. If you want a crispy texture, you don’t need to soak it for so long.
