For the cake slices, use the recipe you are used to. You can also refer to the small four-roll recipe in my previous recipe #萝卜香抹茶慕斯#. You can also use the rest of the chiffon cakes, all the cakes you like...or just leave it alone...it's also delicious. If there is not, you can even leave the cake slices. I use it as the leftover cake slice of the mousse and cut out the shape with a square mold

Wash strawberries and set aside

Mango diced, strawberry absorbs moisture and diced

Add 400g whipped cream to sugar and beat with ice water until it is firm

Squeeze a circle of cream at the bottom of the cup and put in cake slices
