Ingredients

Sushi

1. All vegetables and ham sausage are cut into thin strips.

2. Cook the glutinous rice, cool to warm, and mix with sushi vinegar at a ratio of 10:1.

3. Take a piece of sushi seaweed and spread it flat on the bamboo curtain.

4. Spread the rice with a shovel soaked in water. Be sure to dip it in water or it will be sticky.

5. Spread the prepared dishes one by one.

6. You can use the bamboo curtain to roll forward slowly, but I am more accustomed to rolling it directly with my hands, which is convenient and effective.

7. Cut, serve, and eat. You can also drizzle salad dressing or other seasonings on top.

Tips:

It is best to use glutinous rice, which is sticky and has a good taste. You can also spread the eggs and cut them into thin strips.
