Sweet and Sour Sweet Taste-homemade Yogurt

Before making yogurt, prepare a yogurt maker, and sterilize all the inner tank of the yogurt maker and the container for yogurt with boiling water. This step is very important and must not be omitted. In addition, prepare pure milk and yogurt bacteria powder for later use.

Pour pure milk into the liner of the sterilized yogurt maker.

Add 40 grams of granulated sugar. The yogurt made without sugar will be very sour. Those who like sweeter taste can add fine sugar according to my amount. Those who like more sour taste can eliminate this fine sugar and reduce the amount.

Add 1 packet (1g) of yogurt fungus powder.

Stir all the ingredients evenly with a spoon, and wait until the granulated sugar and bacterial powder have melted.

Put the liner of the yogurt maker into the yogurt maker and close the lid.

Plug in the yogurt machine, select the yogurt program, set the summer time to 8 hours, if it is winter, the time will be slightly longer, in 10-12 hours.

When the time is up, the yogurt is ready. Don't rush to eat the freshly made yogurt. After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The flavor is better.
