Sweet Basil Nut Butter

Prepare the ingredients used. Rinse sweet basil with water and dry for later use

Wash the pot and heat it, add peanuts and cashews and stir-fry until crispy; remove the sauteed peanuts and leave the kernels for later use

Put the washed and dried sweet basil in a blender, add garlic and sauteed peanuts and cashews

After adding 250mL olive oil, turn on the machine and stir the ingredients into green sauce

Put the stirred green sauce into the sterilized glass bottle

After filling the green sauce, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil to isolate the air, close the lid and tighten it and put it in the refrigerator. Eat as you go.
