On the small weekend, I made a dessert for my family. It was sweet and delicious~ Actually this pudding is slightly sweet, sweet dear, if you don’t add sweet-scented osmanthus, it will really feel not sweet enough!

Ingredients

Sweet Osmanthus Milk Pudding

1. Add pure milk to the milk pot

2. Then add the caster sugar

3. Heat on low heat and stir until the sugar melts, set aside to cool

4. Disinfect the milk bottle with boiling water at this time

5. After the milk cools, add 3 egg whites and mix well

6. Pudding liquid filtered 2 times

7. Put it into a bottle, 8 minutes full

8. Put cold water in the milk bottle into the pot, and cover the milk bottle with special plastic wrap for microwave oven

9. High heat, steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

10. Add sugar osmanthus to eat, or put it in the refrigerator before eating

Tips:

The purpose of covering with plastic wrap is to prevent water vapor from flowing into the milk bottles. It is recommended that each milk bottle be wrapped with plastic wrap separately!
