Sweet Potato Congee

Soak the pearl rice one night in advance.

Add about 1000ml of water to the casserole over the fire.
3.
Boil water on high fire, change to low fire, and add soaked pearl rice.
4.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces.
5.
The pearl rice is boiled for about 30 minutes, then add the sweet potatoes, and boil again on low heat, about 20 minutes.
Add appropriate amount of sugar when eating.
