Sweet Potato Lily Sweet Soup

Prepare the materials. (You can use a whole small sweet potato)

Peel and cut sweet potatoes, soak in clean water for 2 hours, change the water several times;

Break the lily and wash, prepare ginger slices and red dates;

Add 4 bowls of water to the pot, add the sliced ginger, sweet potatoes and red dates when the water is boiled, and cook for 8 minutes on medium-low heat, then add the lily and cook for a while;
