Sweet Potato Pie

Peel and slice sweet potatoes and steam them in the pot

Take out the other ingredients when steaming the sweet potatoes. One is mozzarella cheese and the other is tartar sauce

Puree the sweet potatoes with a whisk, add sugar and stir well.

Put the hand cake in the pan. This is the first time I have made it. In fact, it can be put directly in the baking pan.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of tartar sauce and spread out in the center of the hand cake. Leave a small amount of space

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Add sweet potato mash.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.

Wrap the hand cake like a bun. Close your mouth down.

Put it in a baking tray and brush the surface with egg wash.

Pre-bake the upper layer for 15-20 minutes. The upper heat is 200 degrees, and the lower heat is 150 degrees.

After being baked, sliced and eaten with chopsticks, it is very delicious.
Tips:
1. This is the first time I have done it, and now I have experience. First, don't remove the layer of film at the bottom of the pie. Just put it directly into the bakeware and operate.
2. Sweet potatoes can be added with condensed milk, milk powder and white sugar, adding or reducing ingredients according to personal preference.
3. Spreading more cheese is better for drawing. Mine was that the knife was too fast, so I cut the wire directly. Haha.
