Sweet Potato Taro Balls

Cut sweet potatoes into pieces and steam them in a pot.

The sweet potatoes are pressed into a puree with a spoon.

Mix tapioca starch and sugar with boiling water and stir to form flocculent. Knead them with mashed sweet potatoes of different colors into strips and cut into pieces.

Boil the red bean soup in a pot, add rock sugar, and cook for about 45 minutes.
5.
Add the prepared taro balls into the red bean soup, and cook for 5 or 6 minutes to get out of the pot.
