Sweet Potato Taro Balls
1.
Wash and slice the sweet potatoes, put them in a steamer and steam them.
2.
Prepare the right amount of powdered sugar and tapioca starch.
3.
Put the tapioca starch into a small pot, pour boiling water, and stir until it becomes a paste with chopsticks.
4.
Make a good paste.
5.
I personally like to be simple and rough, just put the steamed sweet potato into the warmed paste, pour in the right amount of powdered sugar; grab it roughly with your hands! Of course, some friends can make it into mud before joining.
6.
While grasping, add tapioca starch to prevent sticky hands and knead it into a smooth ball.
7.
Sprinkle some tapioca starch on the chopping board, divide them into small balls, rub them into long strips, and cut them into N pieces of the same size with a knife.
8.
It looks more beautiful after being cut. Stick starch to prevent it from sticking together during storage.
9.
Put it in the water and boil, and wait for the taro balls to come up with cold water.
10.
Put it in the prepared milk and add some fruit, it tastes great!
