Tips:
1. Hsinchu rice noodles are very thin and easy to taste, but you must soak it softly before frying; soak five to ten kinds in warm water;
2. Pay attention to the handling of the ingredients for the fried rice noodles. If the shrimp needs to be marinated after removing the shrimp threads, then fry it in advance; while the fish balls and bamboo shoots should be blanched; cut the mushrooms into slices and wash the lettuce;
3 Fried rice noodles with the oil of fried shrimps is the most suitable. First, fry the mushroom slices, then add the rice noodles, fish balls and bamboo shoots. Taiwanese fried rice noodles like to use Taiwan special soy sauce paste. If not, add some oyster sauce.
