Taiwanese Fried Rice Noodles

The shredded pork is seasoned with cooking wine, white pepper, and salt to taste.

All kinds of vegetables are processed into filaments.

Shrimp skins are cleaned.

I used Hsinchu rice noodles.

Rice noodles are cooked in a hot water pot.

Drain and stir in a small amount of oil.
