Taro Ball Milk Tea

Black tea crushed and mixed with water

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes

Mix evaporated milk and caster sugar

Pour in the wished black tea

Stir it evenly while it's hot

Pour the taro balls into the pot and cook

Cook the taro balls over ice water

Pour the taro balls into the cup

And then add milk tea

2. Evaporated milk is the key to good milk tea
