I made some taro balls before and kept them in the refrigerator. Suddenly I remembered that I could prepare milk tea with them. The taro balls feel very full. Basically, they can replace the meal with one cup.

Taro Ball Milk Tea

1. Black tea crushed and mixed with water

2. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes

3. Mix evaporated milk and caster sugar

4. Pour in the wished black tea

5. Stir it evenly while it's hot

6. Pour the taro balls into the pot and cook

7. Cook the taro balls over ice water

8. Pour the taro balls into the cup

9. And then add milk tea

10. Stir well and you can drink

Tips:

1. The tea flavor of the milk tea made with this formula will be stronger
2. Evaporated milk is the key to good milk tea
3. Taro balls can be homemade or sold in the market. Generally, I will make a little bit more and put them in the refrigerator for later use.
