Taro Chicken

Half a fresh three-yellow chicken, chopped into small pieces.

Peel the taro and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil pan, fry the scallions and ginger, put the chicken in and stir fry.

Put a little cooking wine in the frying process to get rid of fishy.

When the chicken is broken, put the taro in and fry for a minute or two.

Pour in boiling water, add two spoons of braised sauce, one spoon of Lao Gan Ma, simmer on high heat for about 10 minutes, then turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
