Teal Braised White Radish

Wash the duck meat and cut into pieces.

Peel the white radish and cut into pieces with a hob.
3.
Stir the duck meat in a pot and stir fragrantly for later use.

Put the white radish into the rice cooker and cook for later use.
5.
Heat the pan and fry the onion and ginger with oil.
6.
Saute the duck meat until fragrant.
7.
Add light soy sauce and stir well, add appropriate amount of water, add appropriate amount of salt, cover and simmer until duck meat is seven or eight mature and glutinous enough.
8.
Add the radishes and braise together.
9.
Add the pepper, chicken essence, and light oil to the juice, and serve on a plate.
