Tender and Refreshing Mango Pudding

Soak the gelatine tablets in warm water in advance and set aside.

Remove the mango.

Use a food processor to puree the mangoes. Let's use 200 grams of mango puree. A few diced mangoes for garnish.

Pour the confectioner's sugar, milk, and whipped cream into the milk pan, cook on a low heat until the sugar is completely melted.

Add the soaked gelatin.

Stir slowly with a spoon until the gelatin is completely melted away from the heat.

Let cool slightly and add the mango puree.

Stir thoroughly and sift it into a large bowl. The sieved pudding is more delicate. If you don't care about the texture, you can sift it, as you like.

Pour the pudding cup into the refrigerator and chill until solidified. This recipe makes a large cup and two small cups.
