Teriyaki Chicken Fillet

Remove the fascia and fat from the chicken thighs and cut into small strips.

Add cooking wine, cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, dark soy sauce. (Used for coloring soy sauces, don't use it if you don't like it)

Grasp evenly with your hands and marinate for more than 2 hours. (I usually marinate it in the morning or noon and make it at night.)

Bought ready-made teriyaki sauce.

Heat the oil pan, put the chicken in, stir fry on high heat.

Stir-fry until cooked through.
7.
Add chopped green onion and stir well.
8.
It can be served with rice and cakes.
