When I was studying, one of my classmates came from Thailand. Apart from our interest in the ladyboys of other countries, the second one we were interested in and left a deep impression on was curry. Although Indian curry is also very famous, it is a pity that we don’t know an Indian so far. To the authentic Indian curry, what I share with you today is the Thai fish curry that I stole from my classmates!
Ingredients: half a red onion, 1 yellow heart potato, 2 green peppers, 1 pinch of enoki mushrooms (actually, the classmates put them instead of enoki mushrooms, but a small mushroom. If you can't find them, you can use this instead), fish balls 6 pieces, half a lime, 1 tomato, fish sauce (instead of salt and soy sauce), curry (both powder and oil cubes are fine, the oil cubes are fragrant, the powdery calories are low and there are no harmful additives, each has its own advantages) "

Ingredients

Thai Curry Fish Ball

1. Wash the ingredients and dice

2. Put the oil in the pan and fry the onions, potatoes, green peppers in the pan

3. Mix the curry with fish sauce and coconut milk (milk is also ok)

4. Put the adjusted juice into the pot and add enoki mushrooms

5. After the soup is boiled, add the cut tomatoes

6. Add fish balls

7. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, squeeze in lemon juice before serving!

8. Sending a recent photo is really drooling! This sauce is used for bibimbap and it is curry rice, and it is curry chicken by replacing fish eggs with chicken. It is too simple, hehe!
