Prepare pork, iron skewers, and seasonings.

Cut the pork neck white meat into 2cm pieces, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (very fresh), 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and appropriate cooking wine to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

The iron skewers should be skewered, not too dense, and looser for baking. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper and let stand for ten minutes.

Put it in the baking tray. Our oven is relatively small, so we only put six skewers.

After preheating the oven, put the meat skewers at 210° and bake for five minutes. Take out the roasting pan and sprinkle the meat skewers evenly with cumin powder. Turn over and bake for another three minutes until they are mature.

The smell of meat and cumin filled the kitchen. It's on the table, ready to eat.
