I wanted to make a "chocolate leaf" once when there were leaves in autumn, but I haven't done it. Until today, it suddenly became a whim. When there were no leaves in the north, I tried it with jasmine leaves from the balcony. It still felt a little difficult, but the first time I made it, I thought I could still see it. The decoration on the cake should be pretty good. . . . .

The Making of Chocolate Leaves

1. Various materials are available

2. Melt the chocolate in water

3. Put it on the greased paper and roll it into a roll, leaving a little seam on the head

4. Apply evenly to the leaves

5. Wait for the chocolate to solidify

6. Peel off gently with your hands

Tips:

1. The chocolate applied to the leaves must not be too thin, otherwise the leaves will be broken when they are peeled down.
2. Choose old leaves as much as possible for the leaves to make the lines clearer.
