The Pan Can Also be Used for Barbecue-barbecue Steamed Buns

One steamed bun.

Tear off the head and tail of the steamed buns and cut them into medium-thick slices.

Put oil in the pan and shake it evenly.

Put in the steamed buns.

Fry on one side until it is slightly golden, then turn over and fry on the other side.

Use a spoon to evenly brush some oil on it (I don't have a brush in my house, so I had to use a spoon instead).

Pour the grilling ingredients evenly.

Use chopsticks to turn the other side.

Brush some more oil.

Then pour the barbecue ingredients.

Then fry for another 40 seconds.

It's fragrant and out of the pot.
Tips:
Use medium and small heat throughout the heat, and I use a non-stick pan.
