Tips:
1. If you don't have vodka, you can use brandy or rum instead;
2. If there is no hazelnut paste, you can use chocolate instead. If you use bittersweet chocolate, the brown sugar needs to be increased appropriately;
3. The walnuts will be more crispy after roasting;
4. If there is no brown sugar, you can use fine sugar instead;
5. If the mold is relatively large and the cake is relatively thin, reduce the time appropriately;
6. To detect whether the cake is cooked or not, you can use the toothpick inspection method. When it is cooked, there will be no cake paste sticking to the toothpicks.
