The so-called three-bean paste is a bean paste made from three kinds of beans. Whether it is eaten directly or as a filling for pastry, the taste is quite good. "

Three Bean Paste

1. Raw material diagram.

2. After all the beans are mixed, soak in water overnight.

3. Wash the soaked beans and drain off the water.

4. Put it in an electric pressure cooker, the water should be soaked in the beans.

5. Press the "bean" button to simmer.

6. Let the cooked beans cool slightly.

7. Put it in a blender and beat it into red bean paste.

8. After all is pureed, put it in a clean pot.

9. Put a small amount of lard in a nonstick pan.

10. Put the bean paste into a low heat and stir fry.

11. Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir fry. Add sugar and lard every time it is fried and add in three times.

12. Until the bean paste is completely fried to remove the moisture, it can be shaped after drying. (I fried this bean paste for an hour and a half)

13. After frying, store it in an airtight utensil.

Tips:

1. You can't use an iron pan for frying bean paste, otherwise the bean paste will easily turn black. It is best to use a non-stick pan or an enamel pan.

2. The best effect is to use lard. If it is useless, it can be replaced with odorless cooking oil.

3. The ingredients for making bean paste can be used according to personal preference.

4. When frying, keep stirring on low heat until it is dry. Otherwise, the moisture is too large and it is not easy to form.
