Three Brothers with Milk Tea
1.
Ingredients: a black tea bag, a small amount of milk, 30 grams of pudding, 20 grams of cooked sago (I'm lazy, and cook a lot at one time), 20 grams of honey beans. PS: Sago is very, very difficult to cook, especially sago. Try cooking with a rice cooker, it works well. There are at least two points in cooking sago: boiling water in a pot, and after boiling, use cold water or ice water for a while.
2.
Pour the sago into the glass.
3.
Pour the black tea bag into boiling water and let it sit for three minutes before removing the black tea bag. Add a small amount of milk and an appropriate amount of sugar. The ratio of milk to black tea is about 3:1. (The best milk is hot milk. If it is not too troublesome, you can boil the milk, black tea, and sugar together)
4.
Add honey beans immediately.
5.
Add the pudding immediately.
6.
Add a straw. Enjoy!
Tips:
1. It is not necessary to use black tea with milk. You can also use milk tea bags sold in supermarkets, such as Yolemei, but it is certainly not as healthy as black tea and milk brewing.
2. The three milk tea brothers are Pearl, Celestial Grass and Sago. Immortal grass is similar to pudding, so I used pudding instead. I bought the black pearls and cooked them, but the black pearls became fat after being cooked, and I couldn't make it through the straw. . .
