Three-color Mashed Potato Cake

Cake slices baked in advance and set aside

Wash all purple sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes and red flesh sweet potatoes

Tips:
The red color of the red flesh is softer, not easy to fry, and it is harder to form. Be careful about the forming of this part. I have a problem with this part, and the surface pattern is a bit damaged
